Welcome! The Permanent Makeup Institute was founded in March 2005 by two medical professionals, Drs. Yolanda Pena, CPCP and A. Bustillo, MD, Ophthalmologist and the Clinical Director.
Yolanda Pena, is a physician specialized in Ocular Surgeries and Diseases of the Eye (Opthalmology) in Cuba in 1988 and licensed to practice medicine and Opthalmology in Spain since 1995. |

Yolanda has completed Advance Training with the foremost leaders in the industry in the placement, design and special effects of eyebrows, eyeliners, lips, pigment corrections, areola/nipple Coloration (after Mastectomy or Breast Surgery) and the camouflage of scars. Specializing in the use of Digital, Rotary Pens and Coils Machines, Yolanda keeps updated in the latest developments and technology with continued education, including the participation in the conventions and events celebrated by her organizations and the Certification of the OSHA Blood Borne Pathogens Standard Course and Exam as required by the Florida OSHA and CDC (1010-1030). Yolanda volunteers as a doctor for countries in need and keeps actualized with the latest surgical and medical ocular technologies. Faithful to her philosophy that the key to proper aging is keeping healthy habits (while looking your best); Yolanda became an AFAA Aerobics Instructor and Kickboxing Fitness Instructor in 12/2009 to share her holistic approach for a healthier mind and body. |
